Jill Norgaard

The Honorable Jill Norgaard served two terms as an Arizona state representative. She served on the Appropriations, Education and Commerce committees. In her professional career as an engineer, she was a Vice President of a major aerospace manufacturing company, and then opened her own consulting business. She recently completed her term as First Vice Chairman, and State Chairman for the Republican Party of Arizona. Jill is the current Chairman of the Arizona Right to Life and will speak to you about Prop 139 and its effect on our state constitution.
